强化处理对GIS罐体焊缝组织和性能的影响

摘  要:气体绝缘金属密封组合电器(GIS)上使用的互感器罐体为2A12铝合金材质,为了分析2A12铝合金焊接工艺并提高罐体焊缝质量,对2A12铝合金进行钨极氩弧焊(TIG)焊接工艺试验,并在不同强化处理条件下对焊缝的微观组织及性能进行了研究。通过对比试验发现,不同的强化处理方式下,焊缝性能不同,采用退火+固溶+分级时效强化处理的焊缝性能最好,而退火+单级时效强化处理后的焊缝性能最差。The transformer tank body used in gas insulated metal sealed composite electrical appliances(GIS)is made of 2A12 aluminum alloy material.In order to analyze the welding process of 2A12 aluminum alloy and improve the weld quality of the tank body,the tungsten inert gas arc welding(TIG)process tests were conducted on 2A12 aluminum alloy,and the microstructure and properties of the welds were studied under different strengthening treatment conditions.Through comparative experiments,it was found that the performance of welds was different under different strengthening treatments.The performance of weld was the best after annealing+solid solution+graded aging strengthening treatment,while the performance of weld was the worst after annealing+single-stage aging strengthening treatment.
