摘 要:6xxx系铝合金因其良好的强度、优异的成形性和耐蚀性而备受关注,其力学性能可通过时效硬化得到显著提升。研究了不同时效制度对6082铝合金挤压棒材力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用较高的时效温度可显著缩短时效时间,在较短时间内达到甚至超过通常采用的175℃×8 h时效所获得的屈服强度。尤其在时效温度超过195℃时,时效时间可以缩短至1 h,不仅降低了能源消耗,而且提高了生产效率。The 6xxx series aluminum alloys has attracted much attention owing to good strength,excellent formability and corrosion characteristics.The mechanical properties can be significantly improved by age-hardening.The effects of different aging system on the mechanical properties of 6082 aluminum alloy extrusion bar were studied.The experimental results showed that the aging time could be shortened significantly by using higher aging temperature,and the yield strength could be reached or exceeded in a shorter time compared to the aging process of 175℃×8 h.Especially when the temperature exceed 195℃,the aging time could be shortened to 1 h,which not only reduced the energy consumption,but also improved the production efficiency.
