摘  要:介绍了冷轧退火卷表面锈蚀形成机理,并分析锈蚀产生的原因。通过有针对性的制定关键工装周期性管理、特殊天气的涂油预案以及涂油量优化等措施,冷轧退火卷表面锈蚀同比降低75%,提高了退火卷的表面质量及合同交付率。The formation mechanism of surface corrosion of cold-rolled annealing coil was introduced,and the causes of corrosion were analyzed.Through targeted measures such as formulating periodic management of key process equipment,oil preparation plan in special weather and oiling amount optimization,the surface corrosion of cold-rolled annealing coil had been reduced by 75%year-on-year,which improved the surface quality and contract delivery rate of cold-rolled annealing products.
