摘　　要：《皇明书》是明代史学家、理学家邓元锡凭借一己之力而私撰的明史著作,属于当代人写当代史之类型。是书编纂背景既与明代官方史学的发展情况有关,又与当时的政治、学术风气及邓元锡个人的治史理念有着密切的联系。它主要由本纪、列传两部分组成,广泛记载有明一代的重大历史事件和各阶级、阶层的历史人物。邓元锡生前,《皇明书》未能刻行于世,直至万历三十四年(1606)方付梓。是书刻行后,陆续被诸家目录学著作著录。《皇明书》的编纂与流布,为当今明代史实研究实有裨益。Huang Mingshu,a work about the history of the Ming Dynasty privately written by Deng Yuanxi,a historian and ideologist in the Ming Dynasty,belongs to a type of contemporary history written by contemporary people.The background of compiling the book not only concerns the development of official historiography in the Ming Dynasty,but also closely relates to the political and academic atmosphere at that time as well as Deng Yuanxi's personal idea of managing history.The book is mainly composed of chronicles and biographies,widely recording major historical events and historical figures of various classes and strata in the Ming Dynasty.Huang Mingshu had not yet been engraved in the world prior to Deng Yuanxi's death until its publication in the 34th year of the Wanli reign(1606).The book has successively been described in numerous bibliographic works ever since.The compilation and distribution of Huang Mingshu is beneficial to the study of historical facts in the Ming Dynasty.
