摘　　要：介绍了PSA解吸气及液氮洗尾气替代天然气使用运行情况。通过对中国石化集团南京化学工业有限公司30万t/a合成氨装置和9万t/a制氢装置燃料气用户的流程及设备进行改造,实现了利用尾气进行气化炉烘炉和作为火炬的正常用燃料气,采用PSA解吸气和液氮洗尾气替代天然气,减少了天然气的耗量,节约了生产成本。The operation of PSA desorbed gas and liquid nitrogen wash tail gas replacing natural gas is introduced.By renovating the process and equipment of fuel gas users in the 300000 t/a ammonia synthesis unit and 90000 t/a hydrogen production unit of SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industries Co.,Ltd.,which realizes the use of exhaust gas for gasification furnace drying and as fuel gas for torch.The natural gas has been replaced by PSA desorption gas and liquid nitrogen washing tail gas.The natural gas consumption has decreased and the production costs have also been saved.
