清燥救肺汤抗气阴两虚型肺癌现代药理机制浅析

摘　　要：清燥救肺汤主要功用为清燥润肺、益气养阴,应用于外感燥热伤肺。现代研究发现,该方适用于气阴两虚型肺癌,可有效抑制肺癌生长,并改善肺癌及放疗、放化疗后出现身热,干咳少痰,口干乏力等症状。现综合清燥救肺汤抗肺癌研究成果,阐释该方发挥清燥润肺、益气养阴抗肺癌功用现代药理机制,为临床应用提供参考。The main function of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction is to clear the dryness and moisten the lung,nourish Qi and nourish Yin,and it was applied to the external heat and injury of lung.Modern studies have found that this prescription can act on lung cancer with deficiency of Qi-Yin,effectively inhibit the growth of lung cancer,and improve the symptoms of Qi-Yin deficiency such as body heat,dry cough and little phlegm,dry mouth and fatigue after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.This article attempts to integrated modern medicine about Qingzao Jiufei Decoction against lung cancer research,explain the specific modern pharmacological mechanism of the prescription to play the anti-lung cancer function of clearing the dryness and moisten the lung,nourishing Qi and nourishing Yin,as well as it also provides reference to explain the mechanism of compatibility effect,clinical application and scientific research ideas.
