摘　　要：王辉武认为恶性肿瘤患者在历经怀疑、确诊、治疗、康复(衰竭)的病程中,心神的巨大变化导致神失调控最终发展为肿瘤相关性抑郁(TRD),其核心病机为“使道不通,心神失养”。他提出治疗TRD之良策在于“通使道,养心神”,以“超药物疗法”直接调伏心神;以四气、治气、通阳等治气调神“通使道”;以活血化瘀、祛湿化痰、养血滋阴法治形调神“通使道”;以扶正抗郁为主兼以祛邪抗郁为辅,达到“御神”之效。综合施治,屡获佳效。WANG Huiwu posits that patients with tumors undergo significant psychological and emotional changes from the moment of suspicion to the final diagnosis of malignancy,as well as throughout the course of tumor treatment and rehabilitation.These experiences can lead to disruptions in heart and spirit regulation,ultimately resulting in tumor-related depression(TRD).The core pathogenesis of this condition is believed to be a blockage in the shidao,leading to a loss of function and nourishment for the heart and spirit.He suggests that an effective approach to treating TRD involves restoring smooth flow to the shidao and revitalizing the function of the heart and spirit.In his proposed treatment process,"super drug therapy"is utilized to directly nourish the mind and spirit.This is complemented by methods aimed at regulating invisible qi through Four Qi,Treating Qi,and Tongyang in order to achieve"Tong Shidao."Additionally,techniques such as promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,eliminating dampness and phlegm,as well as nourishing blood and yin are employed to eliminate tangible pathogenic factors through"Tong Shidao."The focus remains on strengthening the body while expelling pathogenic factors in order to effectively address TRD.Through comprehensive treatment strategies based on these principles,remarkable results have been consistently achieved.
