穴位贴敷结合辨证施护治疗结直肠癌化疗后呕吐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷结合辨证护理对结直肠癌化疗后呕吐的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月本院收治的60例结直肠癌术后FOLFOX化疗方案患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规用药,于化疗前30 min静脉注射盐酸托烷司琼5 mg,观察组在常规用药基础上增加穴位贴敷和辨证护理。观察比较2组呕吐发生率、患者心理状态(SAS、SDS)和生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果:观察组呕吐总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁程度均低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷结合辨证护理能够有效防治结直肠癌化疗后呕吐,缓解心理压力,提高生活质量,促进患者康复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation nursing on chemotherapy-induced vomiting.Methods:A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy from February 2022 to February 2023,were randomly divided into observation group and control,30 in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and tropisetron hydrochloride(5 mg)was injected intravenously 30 minutes before chemotherapy.In the observation group,acupoint application and syndrome differentiation nursing were added on the basis of routine medication.The incidence of vomiting,psychological status(SAS,SDS)and quality of life(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the degree of anxiety and depression of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation nursing can effectively prevent and treat postoperative chemotherapy vomiting of colorectal cancer,relieve psychological pressure,improve quality of life and promote rehabilitation.Nursing application value is higher.
