八珍汤加减对气虚血瘀型大隐静脉曲张患者术后患肢疼痛及肿胀的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨气虚血瘀型大隐静脉曲张(GSVV)患者应用八珍汤加减治疗的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2020年5月—2022年5月南昌市洪都中医院收治的82例GSVV患者分为观察组和对照组,各41例。2组均行高位结扎剥脱术治疗,对照组术后予以常规支持治疗,观察组加用八珍汤加减治疗,均连续治疗7 d。比较2组临床疗效、中医症候积分、疼痛程度、肿胀程度及不良反应。结果:临床总有效率观察组较对照组高,视觉模拟评分(VAS)、中医证候积分、胫骨下平台周径差、内踝尖水平周径差、血肿面积观察组较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:气虚血瘀型GSVV患者术后应用八珍汤加减治疗可缓解临床症状,减轻患肢疼痛及肿胀,效果显著,安全可靠,有利于患者术后恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of Bazhen Decoction in the treatment of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of great saphenous varicose vein(GSVV).Methods:Eighty-two GSVV patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with high ligation and stripping,the control group was treated with routine supportive treatment after operation,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bazhen decoction for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,pain degree,swelling degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the observation group,the total clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS),TCM syndrome score,the difference in the circumference of the inferior tibial plateau,the difference in the circumference of the medial malleolus tip,and the area of the hematoma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.academic differences(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Postoperative application of Bazhen decoction in GSVV patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type can relieve clinical symptoms,relieve pain and swelling of affected limbs,and has significant effect,is safe and reliable,and is conducive to promoting postoperative recovery of patients.
