“知行合一”中医内证体察课程教学模式的实践探讨

摘　　要：中医内证体察学是中医学的重要组成部分,在中医学整个产生和发展过程中影响深远,是中医理论的基石,也是中医临床的基础和升华。以中医内证体察的主要教学实践内容——对形态结构的体察、人体之气的体察、经络之气的体察以及对神意的体察为切入点,提出“知行合一”的中医内证体察课程教学模式,说明将中医内证体察融入中医教学,对提高中医教学质量有积极推动作用,不仅有利于中医学生理解晦涩难懂的中医理论,切身体察到形态结构、气的真实性以及经络的循行等,满足中医学生学习中医的实践需求,体悟中医基础理论的精髓,提高中医专业学生的临床实践能力,树立中医学生对中医学理论体系的文化自信,而且对中医药学的传承和发展也有积极促进作用。Neizheng of experience and scrutinize of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of TCM,which has a profound influence in the whole process of its emergence and development.It is the cornerstone of TCM theory and the foundation and sublimation of TCM clinic.In this paper,first analyzes the present situation of the teaching mode of TCM—the observation of morphology and structure,the observation of the body's Qi,the observation of the Qi of the meridians and the observation of the spirit as the starting point.And proposes the teaching mode of"Unity of Knowledge and Action"of Neizheng of experience and scrutinize of TCM,which shows that the integration of Neizheng of experience and scrutinize of TCM into the teaching of TCM plays a positive role in promoting the development of TCM education to a certain extent.It is helpful for TCM tudents to jump out of the obscure theories of TCM,to practically observe morphological structures,the authenticity of Qi and the circulation of meridians,etc.Which to meet the practical needs of TCM students to learn traditonal Chinese medicine,to understand the essence of the basic theories of TCM,to improve the clinical practice ability of TCM,to establish the theoretical and cultural confidence of TCM students in the discipline of TCM,and to facilitate the inheritance and development of TCM.
