摘 要:在松散富水粉质黏土层中进行水平定向掘进时易发生塌孔、抱钻事故,采用固废胶凝材料改良粉质黏土层土体强度可降低施工难度。针对固废材料改良的粉质黏土层进行泥浆配比试验研究,一方面讨论不同质量固废的拌入对泥浆性能的影响,另一方面讨论不同固水比下改良粉质黏土层泥浆性能的变化。试验结果表明:固废胶凝材料的拌入对粉质黏土-膨润土泥浆性能影响不大,泥浆各项性能指标均满足要求,固废掺量的适宜比例不超过10%。该泥浆配方为松散粉质黏土层水平定向钻顺利施工提供了数据参考。In loose water-rich silty clay layers,horizontal directional excavation is prone to hole collapse and drilling accidents.The use of solid waste cementitious materials to improve the strength of silty clay layers can reduce the difficulty of construction.The experimental study on the slurry ratio of silty clay layers improved by the solid waste material is carried out.The influence of mixing different qualities of solid waste on the slurry performance is discussed while the changes in the slurry performance of the improved silty clay layers under different solid-water ratio is in discussion.The test results indicate that the addition of solid waste cementitious materials has little effect on the performance of powdery clay-bentonite slurry,and all the performance indexes of the slurry can meet the requirements.The appropriate proportion of solid waste content is not more than 10%.In this paper,the slurry formula provides a favorable data reference for the smooth construction of horizontal directional drilling in loose silty clay layers.
