1例海棠合剂致消化道出血合并意识障碍的病例分析

摘　　要：本文报道1例海棠合剂服用过量引发消化道出血合并意识障碍的病例。通过对患者使用药物时间、剂量、临床表现、辅助检查结果进行梳理,患者符合雷公藤急性中毒表现。目前对于雷公藤中毒无特殊解救方法,采取对症支持治疗,予依达拉奉右莰醇注射用溶液、静脉人免疫球蛋白等治疗后,该患者意识逐渐恢复。该病例提示临床医师应规范并监测雷公藤的使用。A case of gastrointestinal hemorrhage combined with consciousness disorders caused by excessive use of Haitang mixture was reported.By sorting out the time,dosage,clinical manifestations,and auxiliary examination results of the patient's medication use,it was found that the patient had symptoms of acute Tripterygium wilfordii poisoning.There was no special rescue method for Tripterygium wilfordii poisoning.Symptomatic supportive treatment was adopted,and the patient's consciousness gradually recovered after treatment with edaravone dexacamphene injection solution and intravenous human immunoglobulin.Clinical physicians should standardize and monitor the use of Tripterygium wilfordii.
