氘丁苯那嗪治疗氟桂利嗪致锥体外系反应1例

摘　　要：盐酸氟桂利嗪使用广泛,特别在中老年人群中,服用时间过长,容易出现不可逆的锥体外系副反应。本例患者为73岁女性患者,因反复头痛、头晕服用盐酸氟桂利嗪,3个月后出现口周、舌及双手抖动,伴有不自主咀嚼运动,诊断为“药物性锥体外系反应”。患者服用氯硝西泮片及苯海索等药物治疗,效果不佳,遂予以服用氘丁苯那嗪,用药1个月后,患者临床症状显著改善,随访1年患者病情稳定。Flunarizine hydrochloride is widely used,especially in middle-aged and elderly people.when it is taken for too long,it is easy to appear irreversible extrapyramidal side reactions.In this case,a 73-year-old female was diagnosed with"drug-induced extrapyramidal reaction"after taking flunarizine hydrochloride for 3 months due to repeated headache and dizziness,with the symptoms of mouth,tongue and hands shaking and involuntary chewing.In this case,clonazepam tablets and benzoxol were not effective in treatment,so deuterium butadiphenazine was given.The clinical symptoms of this patient were improved significantly after one month of medication,and the patient's condition was stable after 1 year of follow-up.
