摘  要:螺栓连接具有施工快速、连接可靠的技术优势,已成为混凝土结构连接的主要方式之一。寒区环境下螺栓连接部位的混凝土会受到冻融循环的影响,分析混凝土材料冻融损伤对螺栓张紧力的影响具有工程意义。基于光纤传感技术对螺栓连接部位冻融过程进行了螺栓张紧力的全过程监测。研究结果表明:抗冻性能差的混凝土会引起预紧力大幅降低,并且由于孔内结冰膨胀的原因,螺栓和混凝土之间若存在4 mm间隙,则螺栓连接部位经历3次~6次冻融循环后出现脆性破坏。研究结果对冻融环境下装配式结构螺栓连接部位的耐久性和安全性设计提供了科学依据。Bolted connections have the technical advantages of fast construction and reliable connection,and have become one of the main ways to connect concrete structures.The concrete in the bolted connection area is affected by freeze-thaw cycles in the cold environment,and it is of engineering significance to analyze the effect of freeze-thaw damage of concrete materials on the bolt tensioning force.In this paper,the whole process of bolt tensioning force monitoring is carried out based on fiber optic sensing technology for the freeze-thaw process of bolt connection parts.The results show that the concrete with poor freezing resistance will cause a significant reduction in preload,and the bolt connection part will experience brittle damage after 3-6 freeze-thaw cycles if there is a 4 mm gap between the bolt and the concrete due to the expansion of water freezing in the hole.The results of the study provide a scientific basis for the durability and safety design of the bolted parts of assembled structures under freeze-thaw environment.
