摘 要:为研究装配式半刚性节点的力学性能,提出了带肋加腋加强型装配式钢结构梁柱节点,并对8个不同尺寸的节点模型进行拟静力有限元数值计算,得到各节点的破坏形态、应力应变云图、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化曲线和耗能能力等,根据各节点的计算结果,分析节点构件尺寸变化对节点力学性能的影响,并提出节点设计参考建议。分析结果表明:带肋加腋型节点比同尺寸刚性节点有更好的耗能能力;腋板长度、腹板连接位置和柱壁厚度对节点承载力大小以及抗震性能有明显的影响;设计节点时为实现节点的良好抗震性能,需加厚柱壁且腹板连接位置适当外移。该研究成果可为装配式半刚性节点研究提供参考。To study mechanical properties of prefabricated semi-rigid connection,prefabricated steel beam-column joints with haunch and rib-reinforced were proposed,and quasi-static finite element numerical calculation was carried out on 8 different size connection models.The failure morphology,stress-strain nephogram,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation curves and energy dissipation capacity of the connections were obtained.According to the calculation results of each joint,the effects of size change of the connection member on mechanical performance were analyzed,and suggestion of designing for connection was proposed.The results show that the beam-column connection with haunch and rib has better energy dissipation than that of rigid connection with the same size,length of haunch plate,position of web connection and thickness of column have obvious effect on bearing capacity and seismic performance.To obtain good seismic performance,column should be thickened and web connection position should be moved out.The results of this study can provide reference for study of fabricated semi-rigid connection.
