摘 要:采用层次分析法(AHP)来优化钢管混凝土(CFST)结构在工业厂房设计中的应用。通过构建目标层、准则层及方案层的层次结构模型,来研究考察成本、耐久性和环境影响三个核心准则下的设计方案。构建对应准则的成对比较判断矩阵,并通过计算各方案权重及一致性检验来评估方案的可行性。以在郊外新建设的厂房为例,优化结果显示,尽管方案A的成本较高,但由于其在耐久性和环境影响方面的表现优异,被选为最优设计。The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is widely used to optimize the Concrete Filled Steel Tube(CFST)structure in industrial plant design.By developing a hierarchical model of objective layer,criterion layer and scheme layer,this study examines the design scheme under three core criteria including cost,durability and environmental impact.The pairwise comparison judgment matrix of corresponding criteria is constructed,and the feasibility of the scheme is evaluated by calculating the weight of each scheme and carrying out consistency test.Taking a newly built plant in the suburbs as an example,its optimization results showed that scheme A is selected as the best design,despite its high cost,due to its excellent performance in terms of durability and environmental impact.
