摘 要:单管塔作为铁塔的一种常见结构,其塔脚法兰板与基础顶面通过螺栓连接。连接形式分为两类,第一类是法兰板与基础顶面无混凝土二次浇筑,第二类则为有混凝土二次浇筑。由于规范中目前没有明确介绍在纯弯矩作用下,这两类连接形式中塔脚构件的受力情况,故运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对这两种形式进行数值模拟,对比分析塔脚构件的受力情况,并与规范计算值进行对比,结果表明:通过有限元数值模拟的计算结果与按规范计算的结果误差不大,表明有限元数值模拟的分析过程是可靠的;法兰板与基础通过二次浇筑混凝土可以有效增强单管塔基础的整体受力性能。As a common structure of the tower,the single tube tower is connected with the top surface of the foundation through bolts.The connection form is divided into two types,the first type is flange plate and foundation top surface without concrete secondary pouring,the second type has concrete secondary pouring.Since the code does not clearly introduce the stress conditions of the tower foot members in these two types of connection forms under the action of pure bending moments,this paper uses ABAQUS finite element analysis software to conduct numerical simulation of these two forms,and compares the stress conditions of the tower foot members with the calculated values in the code.The results are as follows:There is little error between the results of finite element numerical simulation and those calculated according to the specification,which indicates that the analysis process of finite element numerical simulation is reliable.The overall mechanical performance of the single tube tower foundation can be effectively enhanced by secondary concreting of flange plate and foundation.
