摘 要:各类活动广场项目近年来较为常见,此类项目面积较大,铺装面层做法日益精细,且常需要进行基础回填。因回填土层较厚及工期紧张,后期容易出现沉降问题。针对重要工程前广场冬季回填可能带来的地面下沉问题,尝试采用方格网布置预应力PHC管桩作为场地支撑,地面混凝土垫层按照计算进行配筋作为场地支撑板。此方法施工速度快,可满足相关项目进度要求,经过实际使用检验,有效避免了土层沉降引发的地面变形开裂问题。Various types of square projects have become more common in recent years.These types of projects have a large area,and the paving method is becoming increasingly sophisticated.They often require foundation backfilling,and the thick backfill soil layer and tight construction period can easily lead to later settlement problems.This article focuses on the potential ground subsidence caused by winter backfilling of important engineering squares,and attempts to use prestressed PHC pipe piles arranged in a grid as site support.The ground concrete cushion layer is reinforced according to calculations as site support plates.This method has a fast construction speed and can meet the requirements of relevant project schedules.After practical use and testing,it effectively avoids the problem of ground deformation and cracking caused by soil settlement.
