摘 要:深入探讨了BIM技术在工业建筑工程施工图审查中的实际应用及其带来的多重优势。首先,BIM技术的引入显著提高了施工图审查的效率;其次,BIM技术在确保法规遵从性和标准一致性方面发挥了关键作用,通过精确的数据管理和实时的信息更新,确保所有施工图纸均符合相关法规和标准;此外,BIM技术的团队协作机制也加强了各参与方之间的沟通和协作,提高了审查工作的整体效率和质量。虽然在实际推广过程中仍面临一些挑战,如技术门槛、成本投入等问题,但BIM技术在施工图审查中的创新价值和广阔应用前景不容忽视,为未来的研究方向提供了新的视野和思路。In this paper,the practical application of BIM technology in the inspection of construction drawings of industrial building engineering and its multiple advantages are deeply discussed.Firstly,the introduction of BIM technology significantly improves the efficiency of construction drawing review;Secondly,BIM technology plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and standard conformance,ensuring that all construction drawings comply with relevant regulations and standards through accurate data management and real-time information updates;In addition,the team collaboration mechanism of BIM technology also enhances the communication and collaboration between the various participants,improving the overall efficiency and quality of the review work.Although there are still some challenges in the actual promotion process,such as technical threshold,cost input and other issues,the innovative value and broad application prospect of BIM technology in the construction drawing review can not be ignored,providing a new vision and ideas for future research direction.
