摘 要:随着全预制拼装技术在桥梁领域的不断应用,对下部结构施工提出了更高的要求。全互通立交结构形式复杂多变,尤其城市环境中下部结构受空间位置等条件限制影响造型各异,采用混凝土结构盖梁无法满足全预制拼装施工技术的要求,且经济性较差。钢盖梁结构形式因其自身重量轻、造型适应性强等优点,在预制拼装下部结构中可以发挥更大的优势。本文以某全互通立交工程为例,对钢盖梁及其与预制混凝土立柱、钢立柱之间的连接节点等进行了详细的介绍,通过该技术的应用大大提高了全互通立交的预制装配化率。With the continuous application of the full prefabrication assembly technology in the field of bridges,higher requirements are imposed on the construction of the substructure.The structure of the full interchange is complex and changeable.In particular,the substructure in the urban environment is limited by the space position and other conditions,and the shape is different.The concrete structure cap beam can not meet the requirements of the full prefabricated assembly construction technology,and the economy is poor.Because of the advantages of light weight and strong modeling adaptability,the structural form of steel cap beam can play a greater advantage in the prefabricated assembly of the substructure.Taking a full interchange project as an example,this paper introduces the steel cap beam and its connection joint with precast concrete columns and steel columns in detail.Through the application of this technology,the prefabricated assembly rate of the full interchange is greatly improved.
