摘  要:为减小弯管的冲蚀磨损,改进普通弯管结构形成弧形、梯形和矩形弯管,利用Fluent中DPM模型、湍流模型和冲蚀磨损模型对4种弯管进行数值模拟计算。结果显示:弧形、梯形和矩形弯管的抗冲蚀性能较普通弯管分别提高14.54%、3.73%、12.38%,4种弯管的冲蚀分布均呈现椭圆形和V形形貌,冲蚀磨损相比于普通弯管明显减轻;4种弯管的最大冲蚀速率随流速、含砂量的增加而增加,但冲蚀区域不随流速、含砂量的变化而变化,不论流速、含砂量为何值,弧形弯管最大冲蚀速率<矩形弯管<梯形弯管<普通弯管;弧形底长、弧形高度、排列间隔三个因素对弧形弯管最大冲蚀速率的影响为弧形高度>排列间隔>弧形底长;弧形弯管抗冲蚀性能最佳组合为弧形底长3 mm、弧形高度2 mm、排列间隔3 mm,抗冲蚀性能较普通弯管提高22.60%。该结果可为弯管的冲蚀防护和结构设计提供新思路。In order to reduce erosion wear of bent pipes and improve the structure of ordinary bent pipes to form arc-shaped,trapezoidal,and rectangular bent pipes,numerical simulations were conducted on four types of bent pipes using Fluent's DPM model,turbulence model,and erosion wear model.The results show that the erosion resistance of curved,trapezoidal,and rectangular bends is improved by 14.54%,3.73%,and 12.38% compared to ordinary bends,respectively.The erosion distribution of the four types of bends shows elliptical and V-shaped shapes,and the erosion wear is significantly reduced compared to ordinary bends;The maximum erosion rate of the four types of bend pipes increases with the increase of flow velocity and sand content,but the erosion area does not change with the change of flow velocity and sand content.Regardless of the value of flow velocity and sand content,the maximum erosion rate of curved bend pipes<rectangular bend pipes<trapezoidal bend pipes<ordinary bend pipes;The influence of three factors,namely arc bottom length,arc height,and arrangement interval,on the maximum erosion rate of arc bends is as follows:arc height>arrangement interval>arc bottom length;The best combination of erosion resistance for curved bends is a curved bottom length of 3 mm,a curved height of 2 mm,and a spacing of 3 mm.The erosion resistance is 22.60% higher than that of ordinary bends.This result can provide new ideas for erosion protection and structural design of bent pipes.
