摘 要:本文介绍了富氧侧吹熔池熔炼炉协同处理含铜污泥和发热危废的技术,该工艺具有金属回收率高、熔炼强度大、一次能源消耗低,实现了含铜污泥的有价金属的综合回收和发热危废的无害化处理。生产实践表明:处理量10万吨/a含铜污泥和发热危废,可降低煤率约10%,节约成本770万/a,产出约4000t/a的多金属合金(其中含铜55%、含镍11.9%),为企业提质增效打开了的突破口。This article introduces the technology of co-processing copper containing sludge and heating solid waste using oxygen enriched side blown melt pool smelting furnace.This technology can fully utilize the characteristics of melt pool smelting and recover valuable metals such as copper.This process has a high metal recovery rate and produces water quenched slag as general solid waste,achieving comprehensive resource recovery and harmless treatment of hazardous waste.The results show that an annual processing capacity of 100000 tons of copper containing solid waste produces approximately 4000t/a of polymetallic alloys,including 55%copper and 11.9%nickel.Main process technical indicators:The direct yield of copper element is 90%,the direct yield of nickel element is 70%,and the coal yield is about 22%.
