摘  要:电磁冶金行业逐渐向高效、连续、短流程发展的背景下,电磁冶金的发展呈现出如下两大发展趋势,一是基于电磁场、流场、温度场等多场耦合作用机制的深刻认识,以及冶金行业的发展需要,传统的电磁冶金技术正逐步向自动化、智能化方向发展。二是出现了一批新型电磁冶金技术,如连铸包电磁感应出钢技术、电磁涡流技术、电磁控制电流技术等。电磁冶金技术的应用范围正在逐步拓展,由最初的电磁搅拌,到铝合金的电磁铸造,已经扩展到了电磁冶金生产的各个阶段,以及有色金属冶炼、铸造、非金属材料和新材料的制备等。Against the backdrop of the electromagnetic metallurgy industry gradually moving towards efficient,continuous,and short process development,the development of electromagnetic metallurgy has shown two major trends.Firstly,based on a deep understanding of the coupling mechanisms of multiple fields such as electromagnetic fields,flow fields,and temperature fields,as well as the development needs of the metallurgical industry,traditional electromagnetic metallurgy technology is gradually moving towards automation and intelligence.Secondly,a number of new electromagnetic metallurgical technologies have emerged,such as electromagnetic induction steelmaking technology for continuous casting ladles,electromagnetic eddy current technology,electromagnetic control current technology,etc.The application scope of electromagnetic metallurgy technology is gradually expanding,from the initial electromagnetic stirring to the electromagnetic casting of aluminum alloys,and has expanded to various stages of electromagnetic metallurgy production,as well as non-ferrous metal smelting,casting,non-metallic materials and new material preparation.
