摘 要:本文通过分析金属矿开采机械化设备技术状况,指出它们机械化程度较高,提升了效率,但在环保性能、自动化水平、系统集成度等方面不足,无法满足现代化需求。具体问题有:能耗效率有待提高,动力系统损耗大;自动化水平限制了过程优化和故障预测;结构笨重,维护困难。为推动设备向绿色化、数字化、智能化转型,文中提出了技术改进建议:提升自动化实现无人值守;模块化设计简化维修;建立智能监控和决策系统实现过程优化;加强维保管理。这将大幅提高矿山效率、产量、安全性和可持续发展能力。案例证明这些技术改进是实现金属矿现代化发展的必由之路。This article analyzes the current status of mechanized equipment technology in metal ore mining and points out that they have a high degree of mechanization,which improves efficiency.However,they fall short in terms of environmental performance,automation level,and system integration,unable to meet modernization requirements.Specific issues include the need to improve energy efficiency and high power system losses,limitations in automation levels for process optimization and fault prediction,and cumbersome structures that make maintenance challenging.To promote the transformation of equipment towards green,digital,and intelligent solutions,the article provides technical improvement recommendations:enhance automation for unmanned operation,simplify maintenance through modular design,establish intelligent monitoring and decision-making systems for process optimization,and strengthen maintenance management.These improvements will significantly enhance mining efficiency,production,safety,and sustainability.Case studies demonstrate that these technological advancements are the necessary path to achieving modernization in metal ore mining.
