电力通信抗冰冻光缆测试方法的研究应用

摘  要:突破现有封堵技术的不足,从光缆本身结构出发,研制一种特殊的光缆,实现引下光缆不受封堵不严的影响,让光缆自身具有抗冰冻挤压的特性,适用于新疆地区冷热极端运行环境要求,不受管内结冰的影响,从根本上解决冬季变电站内引下钢管结冰,导致管内光缆受挤压断芯的情况,对电力通信网可靠运行意义重大。通过设计低温试验环境,搭建测试模具,通过传输设备、光缆在线监测系统、动环监控等不同形式,实际验证不同厂家、批次、纤芯光缆抗冰冻能力,验证抗冰冻光缆抗压临界值及有效温度范围,从而验证抗冰冻光缆的实际性能及可用性。Breaking through the shortcomings of existing sealing technologies,starting from the structure of the optical cable itself,a special type of optical cable is developed to achieve that the down lead optical cable is not affected by loose sealing,and the optical cable itself has the characteristics of anti freezing and compression.It is suitable for the extreme operating environment requirements of cold and hot in Xinjiang region,and is not affected by ice formation inside the pipe.It fundamentally solves the problem of ice formation in the down lead steel pipe inside the substation in winter,which leads to the compression and core breakage of the optical cable inside the pipe.It is of great significance for the reliable operation of the power communication network.By designing the low temperature test environment,building the test mold,and through transmission equipment,optical cable online monitoring system,dynamic ring monitoring and other forms,the anti freezing ability of different manufacturers,batches,fiber core optical cables,and the compression critical value and Effective temperature range of anti freezing optical cables are actually verified,so as to verify the actual performance and availability of anti freezing optical cables.
