摘　　要：本文通过对电线电缆火花试验机的工作原理、分类及特点的介绍,阐述了不同类型电缆选用合适火花试验机的基本要求;同时,针对火花试验机使用中易出现的问题,列举相应的应对措施,为操作人员使用在线火花试验机提供了帮助,为电线电缆产品生产过程质量控制提供了有力支持。This paper introduces the working principle,classification and characteristics of wire and cable spark testing machine,and expounds the basic requirements for selecting suitable spark testing machine for different types of cables,in the light of the problems easily occurred in the use of the spark testing machine,the corresponding countermeasures are listed,which provide help for the operators to use the on-line spark testing machine,it provides strong support for the quality control of wire and cable production process.
