摘　　要：本文通过分析电磁搅拌技术原理、设备构成及技术特点,详细介绍了紫铜水平连铸电磁搅拌技生产铜管的过程中存在的问题以及解决方案,希望通过此文能够引起铜加工的技术人员对电磁搅拌铸造的兴趣,更好的将电磁搅拌应用在铜加工领域,将我国铜材质量进行质的提升。This article analyzes the principle,equipment composition,and technical characteristics of electromagnetic stirring technology,and provides a detailed introduction to the problems and solutions in the production of copper pipes using electromagnetic stirring technology for horizontal continuous casting of copper.It is hoped that this article can arouse the interest of copper processing technicians in electromagnetic stirring casting,better apply electromagnetic stirring in the field of copper processing,and improve the quality of copper materials in China.
