摘  要:晶粒细化是提高铝材料强度塑性并改善加工性能的重要手段,是改善铝材质量的重要途径。本文深入探讨了铝合金细晶技术的基本原理和历史发展,详细分析了细晶在改善铝合金机械和加工性能方面的关键作用,并对Al-Ti、Al-Ti-B、Al-Ti-C等主要细晶剂的机理进行了系统研究。此外,本文指出了这些细晶剂在不同铝合金体系中应用时面临的技术挑战,指出了深入研究细化剂机理、开发新型细化剂以及优化现有细化剂效能的必要性,尤其是在稳定性和效能优化方面,以促进铝合金细晶技术的进一步发展。Grain refinement is an important means to improve the strength plasticity and processing performance of aluminum materials,and is an important way to improve the quality of aluminum materials.This article delves into the basic principles and historical development of aluminum alloy refinement technology,analyzes in detail the key role of refinement in improving the mechanical and processing properties of aluminum alloys,and systematically studies the mechanisms of major refinement agents such as Al Ti,Al Ti B,and Al Ti C.In addition,this article points out the technical challenges faced by these refining agents when applied in different aluminum alloy systems,and points out the necessity of in-depth research on refining agent mechanisms,development of new refining agents,and optimization of existing refining agent efficiency,especially in terms of stability and efficiency optimization,to promote further development of aluminum alloy refining technology.
