摘 要:研究了细化剂Al-5Ti-1B-7Sm对7050合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。实验表明,Al-5Ti-B-7Sm细化剂主要由Ti2Al20Sm和TiB2相构成,同时含有极少量的TiAl3;在7050合金中,细化剂的最优添加量为0.6%,平均晶粒尺寸由未细化前的120.9μm减小至66.9μm,铸态合金的极限抗拉强度由120MPa提高到141MPa。细晶强化是Al-5Ti-1B-7Sm细化剂提高7050合金强度的主要原因。This study investigates the effect of Al-5Ti-1B-7Sm refiner on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050 alloy.Experiments show that Al-5Ti-B-7Sm refiner is mainly composed of Ti2Al20Sm and TiB2 phases,and contains a very small amount of TiAl3.In 7050 alloy,the optimal amount of refiner added was 0.6%,the average grain size was reduced from 120.9μm before refinement to 66.9μm,and the ultimate tensile strength of cast alloy was increased from 120MPa to 141MPa.Fine-grain strengthening is the main reason why Al-5Ti-1B-7Sm refiner improves the strength of 7050 alloy.
