摘  要:为规范卡车主梁焊接作业,以某矿用自卸卡车为例,开展主梁焊接修复工艺的设计研究。以某地区大型矿山工程运输作业所用的自卸卡车为例,设计实例应用实验,对主梁焊接修复技术进行可靠性评估,实验结果表明:提出的焊接修复技术实际应用效果良好,按照规范进行主梁的焊接处理,可以在提高主梁结构硬度的基础上,优化主梁结构的耐磨性。综合实验表明,设计的方法具有较高的可靠性。To standardize the welding operation of the main beam of trucks,a design study on the welding repair process of the main beam was carried out using a mining dump truck as an example.Taking a dump truck used for transportation operations in a large-scale mining project in a certain area as an example,an application experiment was designed to evaluate the reliability of the welding repair technology for the main beam.The experimental results showed that the proposed welding repair technology had good practical application effects.Welding the main beam according to the specifications can optimize the wear resistance of the main beam structure while improving the hardness of the main beam structure.Comprehensive experiments have shown that the designed method has high reliability.
