摘　　要：通过对压力锅产品情况,行业状况的和市场情况的概述,对压力锅产品的产业政策情况,标准情况,技术发展状况和生产许可对行业的技术要求的调研。提出了对实施生产许可的压力锅产品质量安全风险,生产加工过程风险分析,产品质量安全风险因子分析,产业风险情况,产业政策风险,公众安全风险的情况分析。By summarizing the situation of pressure cooker products,industry conditions,and market conditions,conducting research on the industry policies,standards,technological development status,and production licensing requirements for pressure cooker products.Proposed an analysis of the quality and safety risks of pressure cooker products implementing production licenses,production and processing process risks,product quality and safety risk factor analysis,industrial risk situation,industrial policy risks,and public safety risks.
