摘 要:随着汽车保有量快速增加,城市拥堵现象日益加剧。高校大院作为典型老旧住区,多位于城市中心区,周边道路过境交通量大,具有数量多、建设年代早、占地面积大等特点,因此对城市交通影响尤为显著,总体表现为出入口拥堵极其严重。本文以西安市为例,通过对高校大院进行分类、梳理特征、选取典型调研对象,揭示了不同类型的拥堵问题,并且从出入口数量、位置布局、空间设计三方面对拥堵影响因素进行分析,为缓解高校大院及其他类型老旧住区的出入口拥堵、提高城市交通通行效率提出改造更新建议。As the number of vehicles continues to grow,urban congestion becomes increasingly pronounced.College compounds,representative of older residential areas,are often situated in urban centers,surrounded by roads with high traffic volumes.Characterized by their large number,early construction era,and extensive land coverage,they significantly impact urban traffic,especially causing severe congestion at their entrances and exits.Using Xi'an as a case study,this paper categorizes and delineates the features of these college compounds,selecting typical cases for in-depth research.It identifies various types of congestion issues and analyzes congestion-causing factors from three perspectives:the number of entrances and exits,spatial layout and design.Based on this discussion,the paper proposes renovation recommendations to alleviate entrance and exit congestion in college compounds and other similar older residential areas,aiming to enhance overall urban traffic efficiency.
