尊重城市文脉,营造生态空间——以绿地外滩中心立体商业为例

摘　　要：根据上海城市总体发展和黄浦江沿岸综合开发的总体要求,黄浦江沿岸将成为综合性大型城市公共活动区域。2010年,上海市政府发布《外滩金融集聚带建设规划》,外滩金融功能将向南延伸至南外滩地区,形成外滩金融集聚带,与陆家嘴金融城共同构成上海“一城一带”核心金融区格局。黄浦区小东门街道616、735街坊地块项目(即董家渡金融城项目)地处黄浦江传统外滩南延伸段,是外滩金融集聚带往南外滩开发的点睛之笔,其功能定位为高端金融办公、商业服务和高端住宅,形成多种功能互补共生的生态体系。According to the overarching goals of urban development in Shanghai and the integrated development along the Huangpu River,the riverside area of Huangpu River will be transformed into a comprehensive large-scale urban area for public activities.In 2010,the Shanghai Municipal People's Government unveiled the Construction Plan forthe Financial Zone of the Bund,which sketched out the expansion of the Bund's financial operations to include the South Bund area.This expansion would contribute to building a clustered financial hub of the Bund together with the existing Lujiazui Financial City,thereby realizing the vision of"One City and OneCluster."
