摘　　要：中国自2003年秦沈客运专线开通运营以来,用短短20年的时间,成功建成世界规模第一的高铁网,并拥有从规划建设到运营维护全套知识产权的高铁技术。安全高速的铁路网络已成为享誉世界的“中国名片”。截至2023年底,中国高铁里程将达到4.5万km,占世界高铁总里程近70%。目前我国高铁已覆盖全国96.1%的50万人口以上城市,运营网络通达水平为世界最高。Since the inauguration of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang highspeed railway in 2003,China has astoundingly established the world's largest high-speed railway network in a mere span of 20 years,owning a comprehensive set of intellectual property rights from planning,and construction,to operation andmaintenance.The safe high-speed railway network has become a globally recognized“China's business card."By the end of 2023,China's high-speed railway mileage is projected to reach 45,000km,accountingfor nearly 70%of the world's total high-speed railway mileage.
