摘　　要：郑健同志曾任铁四院副院长、铁三院院长,原铁道部总规划师兼经济规划研究院院长、工程设计鉴定中心主任、铁路客站建设总指挥部总指挥长,国家铁路局党组成员,国铁集团总工程师、技术总顾问。近四十年来一直从事铁路勘察设计、技术创新、理论研究、工程管理工作,全过程参与和推动了中国高铁技术路线、技术政策、技术标准的研究与制定,是铁路技术发展顶层设计和宏观决策者之一。ZHENG Jian,former Vice President of China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co.,Ltd.and President of China Railway Design Corporation,has served as Chief Planner of The Ministry of Railways,President of China Railway Economic and Planning Research Institute,Director of the Engineering Design Appraisal Center,and Chief Commanderof the Railway Passenger Station Construction Headquarters.He is a member of the Party Leadership Group of the National Railway Administration,Chief Engineer and Chief Technical Advisor of China Railway Group Limited.In the past forty years,he has been engaged in railway survey and design,technical innovation,theoretical research and engineering management,and has participated in and promoted the research and formulation of China's high-speed railway technical routes,technical policies and technical standards in the whole process,and has been one of the top-level designers and macro decision-makers of railway technology development.
