摘　　要：艾司氯胺酮在国内上市不久,是一种静脉全麻药,在临床上广泛应用于各种全身麻醉和抗抑郁治疗。研究发现艾司氯胺酮可安全用于椎管内,在亚麻醉剂量下即可以产生镇痛、镇静和抗抑郁作用。本文综述了艾司氯胺酮在椎管内作用的机制、安全性、不良反应和各种临床应用,为进一步深入研究提供相应的参考。Esketamine,which was recently introduced in China,is a type of intravenous general anesthetic that is widely used in clinical practice for general anesthesia and anti-depression therapy.Studies have found that esketamine can be safely used to intrathecally produce analgesic,sedative,and anti-depressive effects at subanesthetic doses.This review summarizes the mechanism of action,safety,adverse reactions,and various clinical applications of esketamine intrathecally,so as to provide relevant references for further research.
