摘 要:为了深入了解视听工作记忆中的神经机制和节律耦合规律,采集了视听工作记忆任务脑电数据,通过时频分析确定关键节律及核心电极,并使用多变量模式分析确定关键时间段。theta相位同步在记忆呈现期至关重要,其中额颞叶同步参与听觉记忆,额顶叶同步参与视觉记忆,而theta和alpha的跨频耦合只在特定记忆模态的相关脑区有显著增强。工作记忆任务相关脑区通过远端theta同步协调中央执行功能,alpha同步协调记忆存储缓冲功能,theta-alpha耦合整合不同模态功能间的信息,揭示了视听模态工作记忆的部分神经机制。To gain a deeper understanding of the neural mechanisms and rhythmic coupling patterns in audiovisual working memory,we collected electroencephalogram(EEG)data from audiovisual working memory tasks.Through time-frequency analysis,we identified key rhythms and core electrodes,and employed multivariate pattern analysis to determine the crucial time windows.The results indicated that theta phase synchronization is vital during the memory presentation phase,with the frontal-temporal lobe synchronization involved in auditory memory,and frontal-parietal lobe synchronization in visual memory,while cross-frequency coupling between theta and alpha was significantly enhanced only in specific brain areas related to the respective memory modality.Long-range theta synchronization coordinates central executive functions in WM-related brain regions,while alpha synchronization coordinates memory storage buffering.Theta-alpha coupling integrates information across modalities,revealing some of the neural mechanisms of visual-auditory working memory.
