摘　　要：研制出一种基于电渗析离子交换技术的工业盐酸中有机氯分析检测装置,能够对工业盐酸中无机氯和有机氯进行快速有效分离,分离完成后,将去除了无机离子的溶液转移至高透光的石英容器,分别检测紫外降解前后回收液中的氯离子含量,氯离子回收率102%,进而计算有机氯含量。设备可根据不同实验条件进行设定自动运行,可自行完成溶液输送,紫外光解,进样分析,管路清洗等操作,并最终获得相关数据。An analysis and detection device for organochlorine in industrial hydrochloric acid based on electrodialysis ion exchange technology is developed,which can quickly and effectively separate inorganic chlorine from organochlorine in industrial hydrochloric acid.After separation,the solution that removes inorganic ions is transferred to a quartz container with high light transmission,which is irradiated by ultraviolet lamp set and degrades,and the recovered liquid is injected into an ion chromatography detection system to detect chloride ion content.Then the organochlorine content is calculated.The equipment can be set and run automatically according to different experimental conditions,and can complete the operation of solution transportation,ultraviolet photolysis,sample analysis,pipeline cleaning,etc.,and finally obtain the relevant data.
