摘 要:工匠精神作为一种职业精神,在注重效率、收益的现代社会显得尤为珍贵,将工匠精神融入高校“工程实训”教学过程,是培养契合新时代应用型人才的重要保证,是新发展阶段实现高质量发展的应有之义。工匠精神是高校学生工程素质培养目标的重要内容和现实需要,有助于高校在人才培养过程中发挥更好的作用,促进学生在各方面的均衡发展。将工匠精神融入高校“工程实训”教学,需要营造校园文化氛围,构建思政课程体系,搭建校企融合实践平台,在“工程实训”教学中探索全方位拓展工匠精神培养的方法。As a kind of professional spirit,the craftsman spirit is particularly precious in the modern society that pays attention to efficiency and income.Integrating the craftsman spirit into the engineering practical training teaching process in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for cultivating application-oriented talents in the new era,and it is the due meaning of achieving high-quality development in the new development stage.The craftsman spirit is an important content and practical need of the engineering quality training goal of college students,which helps colleges and universities play a better role in the process of talent training and promote the balanced development of students in all aspects.To integrate the craftsman spirit into the practical teaching of college engineering,it is necessary to create the campus cultural atmosphere,construct the curriculum ideology and politics system,and build a practice platform for the integration of school and enterprise.In the engineering practical training teaching,the paper explores the all-round expansion of craftsman spirit cultivating methods.
