摘　　要：从延安苹果产量上涨对冷链物流的需求增长和人民生活水平的提高需要冷链物流提供保障两个方面,对延安市苹果产业冷链物流的需求进行分析,研究延安市冷链物流发展的现状和前景,可以看出冷链物流能推动苹果产业不断发展,保证苹果产品质量安全,推进苹果产业标准化进程,扩大劳动力就业和增强延安苹果产品的竞争力。冷链物流的高质量发展,能增强苹果生产后期效能,提高苹果产业的附加值,满足消费者的个性化需求,促进苹果的出口,提高市场占有率。From two aspects:the increase in apple production in Yan’an and the need for cold chain logistics to provide guarantees for the improvement of people’s living standards,this paper analyzes the demand for cold chain logistics in the apple industry in Yan’an,and studies the current situation and prospects of cold chain logistics development in Yan’an.It can be seen that cold chain logistics can promote the continuous development of the apple industry,ensure the quality and safety of apple products,promote the standardization process of the apple industry,expand labor employment,and enhance the competitiveness of Yan’an apple products.The high-quality development of cold chain logistics can enhance the efficiency of apple production in the later stage,increase the added value of the apple industry,meet the personalized needs of consumers,promote apple exports,and increase market share.
