摘　　要：城市化是人类社会在21世纪最具变革性的趋势之一。从20世纪90年代末开始,随着经济增长、人口聚集等变化,我国进入了城市发展的快速时期,众多城市快速发展,新的城市中心如雨后春笋拔地而起,人口大量涌入,城市边界不断扩张;随着城市化率的加速增长,城市面临着日益复杂和多样化的挑战。在追求城市名片效应的同时,如何提高城市的韧性和促进其可持续发展成为必须面对的课题。文章结合深圳世茂深港国际中心(一期)项目实践,围绕都市发展中的城市韧性与可持续性展开讨论。从项目背景出发,通过具有包容性的设计理念,对规划韧性、功能自生、可持续性、互融共生方面进行研究,为未来城市规划和自然共生提供有益的借鉴和指导。Global urbanization is one of the most transformative trends in human society in the 21st century.Since the late 1990s,China has entered a rapid period of urban development due to economic growth,population aggregation,and various changes.Numerous cities have rapidly developed,new urban centers have emerged like mushrooms after rain,and city boundaries continue to expand with a massive influx of population.With the accelerated urbanization rate,the cities are facing increasingly complex and diverse challenges.While striving for the effects of urban card,improving urban resilience and sustainable development has become an imperative task.This paper,drawing on the practice of Shenzhen Shimao Shengang Kong International Center project,discusses urban resilience and sustainable development in urban development.Starting from the project background,it explores inclusive design concepts for the city,and studies the planning resilience,function resilience,and the sustainability of the perspective design for time,space and people,multi-integration as well as the integration and interaction of the city and community.It provides helpful reference and guidance for future urban planning and harmonious coexistence with nature.
