组合建造地下车库消防电梯设置及防火设计探讨

摘　　要：地下空间对于解决城市环境、交通等问题,对于城市功能更新配置,将城市功能立体化并充分利用城市倒影空间有着巨大的潜力。为了解决组合建造地下车库消防电梯设置国家标准未有明确规定的问题,文章通过国内标准规范研究分析手段,对消防电梯设置要求进行了分析和研究。为满足扑救建筑火灾和救助建筑中遇困人员需要,兼顾消防安全水平和经济合理性,对组合建造且位于下部未设置消防电梯的地下车库从防火分隔、安全疏散及消防设施方面提出了综合防火设计参考意见,为地下建设工程消防设计审查及验收提供参考思路。Underground space has great potential for solving urban environment,transportation and other problems,updating and configuring urban functions,three-dimensional urban functions and making full use of urban reflection space.In order to solve the problems that are not clearly specified in the national standard for the setting of fire elevators in the combined construction of underground garages,this paper analyzes and studies the requirements for the setting of fire elevators by means of research and analysis on domestic standards and specifications.In order to meet the needs of fighting building fires and rescuing people trapped in buildings,taking into account the fire safety level and economic rationality,this paper puts forward comprehensive fire protection design reference opinions for the underground garage that is built in combination and is not equipped with fire elevator at the lower part from the aspects of fire separation,safe evacuation and fire protection facilities,and provides reference ideas for the review and acceptance of fire protection design of underground construction projects.
