摘 要:航空发动机因内流道结构的入口端和出口端不同,其焊接问题是一大难题,如何在实际焊接中做到焊缝熔宽连续可控已成为研究热点。针对GH3128高温合金开展环芯组合光纤进行激光搭接焊研究,通过纯中心激光焊接得到了焊缝深度为1.5 mm的工艺参数,在此基础上通过环芯组合焊接得到了实际熔深为1.51~1.81 mm、熔宽为0.25~0.75 mm的焊缝,对环芯组合光纤激光器的中心光束和环形光束传播规律及焊缝形貌调控原因进行分析。分析发现,环形光束的加入有利于降低激光束照射到材料表面的温度梯度,从而影响焊缝成形,通过环芯组合的激光焊接可得熔深合理、熔宽连续调控的GH3128薄板搭接焊缝。The welding problem of aircraft engines is a major challenge due to the different inlet and outlet ends of the internal flow channel structure,and how to achieve continuous and controllable weld penetration in actual welding has become a research focus.A study on laser lap welding of ring core combined fiber was carried out for GH3128 superalloy.The process parameters of welding depth of 1.5 mm were obtained through pure core laser welding,and actual welding depth of 1.51~1.81 mm and width of 0.25~0.75 mm were obtained through ring core combined welding.The propagation law of the core beam and ring beam of the combined fiber laser,as well as the reasons for controlling the morphology of welding seam,were analyzed.The analysis result showed that the addition of a circular beam is beneficial for reducing the temperature gradient of the laser beam on the material surface,thereby affecting the formation of the welding seam.Through laser welding with a ring core combination,GH3128 thin plate welding seam with a fusion depth which is reasonable and width which is continuous and controllable can be obtained.
