摘 要:微冲裁是一种具有大批量、高效率、低成本等特点的微加工技术。结合数值模拟仿真和实验数据分析,研究了凸模底部刃型对异形微冲裁落料件侧面成形质量的影响。首先,基于实验收集的冲裁位移-冲裁力数据,建立微冲裁有限元仿真模型;接着,基于仿真结果获取Mises应力数据,与测量的落料件侧面光亮带高度值建立关系并分析原因;然后,为设计提高落料件局部光亮带高度的非平刃凸模方案提供依据,再利用仿真分析选出最优的非平刃凸模设计方案;最后,利用微细电火花-微冲裁复合机床,在线制备了底部窄梁刃型高度为50μm的非平刃一凸模,并在厚度为80μm的3J21弹性合金箔料上进行冲裁实验。结果表明:凸模窄梁部位的非平刃一设计方案可提高局部位置的光亮带高度,从而提高落料件成形质量。Micro-blanking is one of the typical micro-machining technologies,which has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost.Its mechanism is to generate the shear deformation along the contour line of die edge using the punch edge and separate micro blanked part from the whole plate.When blanking irregular cross-sectional parts,the side surface quality of blanked part is very important in its application.The influence of punch bottom edge profile on side surface quality of micro-blanking part is studied by means of numerical simulation and analysis of experimental data.Mises stress data were obtained from the simulation results.The Mises stress data were associated with the measured height of bright side surface of blanked part.Meanwhile,it provides the basis for the design of non-flat punch to improve the quality of side surface of blanked part.The non-flat bottom surface of punch is designed based on simulation analysis.A non-flat edge punch with a narrow bottom beam blade with a height of 50μm was prepared online using a set of self-developed experimental equipment.The blanking experiment was carried out on 3J21 elastic alloy foil with a thickness of 80μm.Experimental results indicate that the non-flat bottom profile design method proposed this paper is useful to improve the quality of side surface of blanked part.
