摘　　要：为探究全光照喷雾扦插对密叶红豆杉不同枝龄插穗生根的影响。以1年生顶苗、2年生顶苗、2年生茎段和3年生茎段为实验材料,珍珠岩为扦插基质,于亚克力透明有机玻璃缸内进行扦插实验。得出结果(1)试验期内,玻璃缸内月平均温湿度均高于外界环境,且波动幅度明显小于外界环境。1d内,快速升温期(10:00~15:00)时段玻璃缸内温度低于外界环境,其余时间段则高于外界环境。(2)不同类型插穗平均根长由长到短表现为:2年生顶苗>2年生茎段>1年生顶苗>3年生茎段;平均根粗直径由大到小表现为:2年生茎段>2年生顶苗>3年生茎段>1年生顶苗;平均生根数由多到少表现为:3年生茎段>2年生顶苗>2年生茎段>1年生顶苗;生根率由高到低表现为:1年生顶苗>2年生顶苗>2年生茎段>3年生茎段。(3)根据不同类型插穗生根指标的极值可知,生根效果最好的为2年生顶苗,其次为2年生茎段、1年生顶苗、3年生茎段。结论表明(1)以亚克力透明有机玻璃缸作为扦插容器具有稳温保湿的作用,可缓解高原环境下平均温度低、日夜温差大和湿度低等不利因素。(2)不同枝龄插穗的生根效果由优到劣依次为:2年生顶苗,2年生茎段、1年生顶苗和3年生茎段。The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of full light spray cutting on rooting of cuttings of Taxus fuana at different branch ages.Using 1-year-old top seedlings,2-year-old top seedlings,2-year-old stem segments,and 3-year-old stem segments as experimental materials,and perlite as cutting substrate,the cutting experiment was conducted in a transparent acrylic organic glass jar.(1)During the experimental period,the monthly average temperature and humidity inside the glass cylinder were higher than the external environment,and the fluctuation amplitude was significantly smaller than the external environment.Within 1 day,during the rapid heating period(10:00-15:00),the temperature inside the glass cylinder is lower than the external environment,while during other time periods it is higher than the external environment.(2)The average root length of different types of cuttings,from long to short,is as follows:2-year-old top seedlings>2-year-old stem segments>1-year-old top seedlings>3-year-old stem segments;The average root diameter from large to small is as follows:2-year-old stem segment>2-year-old top seedling>3-year-old stem segment>1-year-old top seedling;The average number of roots is as follows:3-year-old stem segment>2-year-old top seedling>2-year-old stem segment>1-year-old top seedling;The rooting rate shows from high to low as follows:1-year-old top seedlings>2-year-old top seedlings>2-year-old stem segments>3-year-old stem segments.(3)According to the extreme values of rooting indicators for different types of cuttings,it can be concluded that the best rooting effect is achieved by the 2-year-old top seedling,followed by the 2-year-old stem segment,1-year-old top seedling,and 3-year-old stem segment.(1)Using acrylic transparent organic glass jar as a cutting container has the effect of stabilizing temperature and moisturizing,which can alleviate adverse factors such as low average temperature,large day night temperature difference,and low humidity in high-altitude environments.(2)The rooting ef
