个人—环境匹配视角下的老年人参与农村社区治理的影响因素研究——基于西藏更章门巴民族乡的调查

摘　　要：本文以西藏自治区林芝市老年人参与农村社区治理的影响因素为研究对象,以林芝市更章门巴民族乡为研究区域,采用随机抽样的方法,通过线上发放问卷展开问卷调查,基于个人—环境匹配理论,综合考虑个人偏好和机构能力对林芝市老年人参与农村社区治理活动的影响。研究发现,社区机构能力对老年人参与社区治理的影响受到个人对机构能力偏好的调节,且是负向的效应,因而通过优化社区资源配置,完善相关基础设施,提高老年人参与社区治理活动的积极性等能够有效推进西藏农村社区在推进老年人参与农村社区治理健康发展。This paper takes the influencing factors of the elderly's participation in rural community governance in Linzhi City,Xizang as the research object,takes Gengzhang Menba Ethnic Township in Linzhi City as the research area,adopted the method of random sampling,and carried out a questionnaire survey through online questionnaires based on the theory of individual-environment matching.Considering the influence of individual preferences and institutional capacity on the participation of the elderly in rural community governance activities in Linzhi City.It was found that the influence of community institutional capacity on the elderly's participation in community governance was regulated by individual's preferences for institutional capacity,and it was a negative effect.Therefore,we can effectively promote the healthy development of the elderly's participation in community governance in rural Xizang by optimizing the allocation of community resources,improving the relevant infrastructure,and improving the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in community governance activities.
