摘　　要：木姜叶柯Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun.又名多穗石柯Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd.,俗称甜茶,属于药食同源中药,集药、茶、食、糖多种用途于一体。木姜叶柯富含三叶苷、根皮苷、根皮素等二氢查尔酮类成分。本文综述了木姜叶柯及其主要成分三叶苷在调节糖脂代谢、抗炎、抗衰老与抗氧化应激、神经保护和保肝等药理作用方面的国内外研究进展,以期为甜茶木姜叶柯的后续研究与综合开发利用提供依据。Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun.,also known as Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd.,commonly known as sweet tea,is a traditional Chinese medicine with homology of medicine and food,which integrates medicine,tea,food and sugar.L.litseifolius is rich in dihydrochalcones such as trilobatin,phloridzin and phloretin.This paper reviews the research progress of L.litseifolius and its main component trilobatin in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,anti-inflammatory,anti-aging and anti-oxidative stress,neuroprotection and liver protection,in order to provide a basis for the follow-up research and comprehensive development and utilization of L.litseifolius.
