摘 要:晕动病是指机体在异常运动下受到刺激而引起的一系列生理反应,常见症状有头晕、呕吐等。目前,抗晕动病药物主要有抗组胺药、抗胆碱药、钙拮抗药、拟交感神经药、胃动力药,且多数为普通制剂,而缓控释制剂的研发及应用较少。本文对晕动病的发病机制、治疗药物分类以及抗晕动病药物缓控释制剂,如透皮制剂、鼻用制剂和口服制剂的研究进展进行综述,分析目前晕动病防治研究过程中存在的问题,为抗晕动病药物新剂型的研发提供新思路。Motion sickness(MS)is a series of physiological responses such as dizziness and vomiting in human being caused by abnormal movement stimulation.Recently,most of anti-motion sickness drugs mainly include antihistamines,anticholinergic drugs,calcium antagonists,sympathomimetic drugs,and gastric motility drugs,and most of them are common preparations,while the development and application of sustained-release preparations are few.This article reviews the pathogenesis of motion sickness,the classification of therapeutic drugs and sustained-release preparations,including transdermal preparations,nasal preparations and oral preparations.Besides,this article also points out the problems and gives some advice during the current research of anti-motion sickness drugs,which will provide new methods for developing new preparations of anti-motion sickness.
