摘　　要：城市建设过程中要坚持以青年发展为核心,围绕青年需求,提升多元化、系统化的政策服务环境、城市建设环境与社会发展环境,激发青年理想信念,提升青年社会价值,鼓励青年建功立业,让青年发展与城市建设深度融合,共创高质量发展新局面。总结目前青年发展型城市建设的困境因素,针对政策环境与社会环境营造过程中的问题,因地制宜,提出长春青年发展型城市建设的合理路径,以期为推进青年发展型城市建设提供参考。In the process of urban construction,it is necessary to adhere to the youth development as the core,focus on the needs of the youth,improve the diversified and systematic policy service environment,ur-ban construction environment and social development environment,stimulate the ideals and beliefs of the youth,enhance the social value of the youth,encourage young people to make contributions,deeply inte-grate youth development into urban construction,so as to create a new situation of high-quality develop-ment.This paper summarizes the current dilemma factors in the construction of the youth development-ori-ented cities,aims at solving the problems in the process of policy environment and social environment con-struction,and according to local conditions,puts forward reasonable paths for building Changchun the youth development-oriented city,so as provide references for the promotion of building youth development cities.
