摘　　要：就业工作是高等教育中履行立德树人根本任务的重要环节。校友作为高校资源中的特殊资源,他们对于母校怀有浓厚的情感,对应届毕业生就业成长有着自身情感上的责任。以地方高校校友资源为研究对象,科学分析了校友资源促进毕业生就业创业的现状,提出了构建“学校-校友”情感沟通平台、发挥校友的榜样引领作用、制定和落实校友返校招聘激励机制等建议,以更好发挥高校校友资源促进毕业生就业创业的优势作用。Employment is an important link to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education in higher education.As a special resource in university resources,alumni have a strong feeling for their Alma mater and have responsibilities out of their own emotion for the employment and growth of fresh graduates.This paper takes the alumni resources of local colleges and universities as the research object,scientifically ana-lyzes the current situation of alumni resources in promoting graduates’employment and entrepreneurship,and puts forward suggestions such as building a“college/university-alumni”emotional communication plat-form,giving play to the role of alumni as role models,formulating and implementing the incentive system of alumni returning to school recruitment,etc.,so as to give better play to the advantages of alumni resources of colleges and universities in promoting graduates’employment and entrepreneurship.
